NoRey will be headlining the Northwest Lovefest Showcase at the Nectar Lounge on Saturday March 31st. Joining NoRey will be Mealfrog and The Whiskey Syndicate. The event is a showcase for Northwest Lovefest which is happening in Magnuson Park on June 30th and July 1st 2012.
Northwest LoveFest was born from the belief that music festivals should have a positive effect on humanity and the environment we all share.
It is our aspiration to establish an event that encourages everyone to exercise their creativity and progress towards a healthier state of living. Through interactive art, performances and workshops, we will generate and reinforce ideas that are geared towards a unified existence.
Not only will we demonstrate the power of music and art, created with positive intentions, we will feature the various means in which alternative energy can power the performances. We will also be carbon neutral and mindful of our waste.
Each year, the festival will also recognize individuals and/or organizations that provide outstanding service within the Pacific Northwest community.
